Track your order
We deliver with PostEx. Orders placed by 4 PM, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day, and delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Track with your tracking number
Your PostEx tracking number is in the shipping confirmation we send when your order is dispatched.
This opens your parcel's live status on the PostEx website.
Don't have your tracking number?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number or the phone number you ordered with, and we'll send you the latest status.
Ordered with your email?
You can also sign in with a one-time code sent to the email you used at checkout to see all your orders. No password needed.
Not dispatched yet?
Orders placed after 4 PM, on weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day. If you need to change or cancel your order before it's dispatched, message us on WhatsApp. See our Shipping policy for details.
